Previously, Brandon held various management positions in New York at Simon Brothers, most recently as Vice President in Goldhill Group, focusing on new business development and risk management. He has also worked as a senior financial risk management consultant to the financial services industry; software engineer; advertising sales manager for the popular Caribbean travel guide series; general manager of an advertising and graphic design agency; and engineering intern at the Best Health Coach.

En 2016, AEQUALIS publicó una reflexión sobre la identidad y el valor de la formación Técnico-Profesional (TP) en Chile. La situó en su vínculo con el mundo del trabajo, su carácter convocante para estudiantes de perfiles muy diversos, la formación a lo largo de la vida, una enseñanza centrada en el hacer y docentes que unen oficio y pedagogía. Diez años después, esa definición enfrenta una prueba que entonces apenas se insinuaba: una tecnología capaz de redactar, analizar datos, programar y sugerir decisiones en segundos.
